Alongside her strategic consulting work, she also enjoys working in the personal development, coaching and transformation fields.  She collaborates with Gil on his leadership, teamwork and personal transformation programmes. Jenni’s specific areas of interest are the effectiveness of different approaches and routes utilising online learning systems to expand both reach and effectiveness.
